SMOKED MEZCAL PASSIONFRUIT SOUR
Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
• 1 1/2 ounces tequila blanco
• 1/2 ounce mezcal
• 1/2 ounce passionfruit
• 1 ounce egg white
• 3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
• 1/2 ounce agave
• ice
• Pig & Nut Premium Wood Chips
• optional: lime wedge and coarse salt for rimming the glass and angostura bitters for garnish.
DIRECTIONS:
Using the cocktail smoker, fill a rocks glass with Pig & Nut smoke using any of our premium smoke chips and let simmer for a few minutes.
Shake cocktail ingredients vigorously in a shaking tin, use a large ice cube and put in rocks glass.
Double strain cocktail into smoked cocktail glass.
Garnish with a few drops of angostura bitters.
